Sure looks like it for standard (routine) apps. Comparing my timeline with some of my friends' I'm convinced there is a more or less consistent pattern of approx. 3 months from test to oath (at least for Scarborough office). That said, there are always outliers (routine or non-routine) where it can take 5 or 6 months for them to get back after the test.

I hope you're right & I personally think it's 3-4 months wait too for Scarborough office (my file is there too) but who knows.

No, you can’t do interviews either.

You may hear some great news very soon. Also, sometimes they would take longer to make a decision but would then also schedule you for an earlier Oath. Here's to hoping this will be the case for you!

you must have set off some good Karma, my ecas changed to Decision made this morning and on the new tracker everything is completed except for Oath (it says not started).
