Sure looks like it for standard (routine) apps. Comparing my timeline with some of my friends' I'm convinced there is a more or less consistent pattern of approx. 3 months from test to oath (at least for Scarborough office). That said, there are always outliers (routine or non-routine) where it can take 5 or 6 months for them to get back after the test.

You may hear some great news very soon. Also, sometimes they would take longer to make a decision but would then also schedule you for an earlier Oath. Here's to hoping this will be the case for you!
