I haven't called them yet, but emailed them twice in the past and was told they hadn't got to it, perhaps I will ring them just wondered if someone else is in the same boat

I have called them on 3 separate occasions. to be honest they can only tell you whats on ecas. so if you have nothing there, they have no update for you. I asked for a temp file number, look up using my UCI, look up using receipt number. none of it got me anywhere.

The only good news is that they are sending AORs for Jan applicants, so they will get to us eventually

My application was delivered feb 17 and no AOR yet as well. Hopefully it is just a simple delay and nothing wrong with our applications itself

mine was delivered on the 6th February and I haven't received anything. I called them this morning and they confirmed there's nothing in the system for me yet but it's normal because 'they're still opening application from mid-January'.

Very frustrating.
