According to this article there are only 10 intake officers across the Atlantic provinces no wonder the AORs are jumping all over the place

Well, I was able to access the old spousal sponsorship application that I did for my spouse last year till today and today, I cannot find anything on ECAS. So, I thought maybe ECAS is malfunctioning, or is it just for me?
