But its taking time to get pass the 4th from last week ... i thought it would speed up this week but not seeing any sign of it.

My feeling is that things will slow down more. All these fed workers have summer vacation accrued which they will be taking (as they worked really hard!) and therefore the backlog will get worse. There are many who are using the COVID risk to avoid going to offices. As there is no sense or urgency or the stress this process causes for all of us they will "milk" the pandemic fully this year and most of next year. I also expect a national election will come sometime soon and with parties getting busy on running the election these bureaucrats will further slow down the process. I sincerely hope I am wrong but unfortunately longer delays are more likely. They haven't even sorted out their communication. The call center is a case in point when they are telling applicants that application before Jan14th are being processed when we know that definitely is not the case.
