Well we aren't sure as well as to how diligent and religious people are doing their updates on this forum. Probably most of Jan applicants have already received their AOR but some forgot or have no time yet to update us here hehe
May be 10 or 15 people may forget ( this many people is too much to forget to update but still if we take 15 people forget to update ) as per the tracker total 140 applicants are there and only 65% of people get AOR if we remove these 15 people still we have atleast 50 or more people waiting for AORs, and you can see in Jan 2020 thread people are raising hands that they never been contacted my CIC or never received their application back due to some issues

I'm pretty sure that in reality, nearly 90% of all January applicants have had an AOR by now or, if their application is not complete, their application was returned to them. I wouldn't always trust the numbers on the forum.
Good news CIC has resumed processing apps after 4 months.
You guys are next. Most of the January applicants have received their AORs.
I hope they start conducting citizenship oaths and knowledge test backlogs online ASAP, as it will benefit apps sitting with AOR and still-in-processing to move forward faster. GLTA
