Exactly 1 year ago in the 20th of January 2021 was the last activity on my file (background verification was set to complete). Since then my file was not touch, I didn't even get a test invite!!!

In Feb 1 2022, 2 years have passed since I send my application through the post.

I am losing faith with this whole process.

My citizenship ceremony is scheduled on on February 9, 2022, but I still haven't received any instructions about it.
I see some people receiving them as late as 1 week before the ceremony day, but also some people who haven't received anything at all and had to contact IRCC.
I tried sending a webform a few days ago, but haven't received any answer yet. How do I know which office is handling my application, so that I can email them directly?

I don't have an official answer for that. But for me, I checked the email address which sent me the notification for the online citizenship test, it is IRCC.OttawaCITScheduling-PlanificationCITOttawa.IRCC@cic.gc.ca, so for me it is Ottawa office

If you don't have the email, how did you know your ceremony is on February 9, 2022?

@GusCunha based on past applicants you can expect to receive the invite 5-10 days before cermony starts, I suggest you to wait until 6 days before the ceremony and if you don't get any call IRCC.

Hi, I checked my tracker where it says the Oath is scheduled for Feb 8th and Citizenship Ceremony changed to 'In Progress'

I see my status is all completed and DM on the old tracker, I got a passport request last week. Status got changed today. Any one from Ottawa know how much time for Oath from here ?

1- The oath ceremony is scheduled for 02/09/2022 and I have not received any instruction for that. How long before ceremony I will receive instruciton?
