Nothing is completed in my application. All in process except test and ceremony ( no started )
It's frustrating, I've sent them 2 messages and all I get is that they are dealing with refugees from Afghanistan.
Anyone in the same situation as me ?

Send a webform with your request. If nothing happens, reply to the email when you receive it. I think it will include the instructions on how to change the date.

How long does it take for the Citizenship Certificate to arrive ? I requested urgent shipping but it has been 4 days and I haven't received it yet. The IRCC Office is Kitchener and I am in Halton Hills.
