my test and background shows complete but the rest is in progress.

You don't have Decision Made yet. Once Language, Prohibitions and Physical Presence are all set to "Completed", you'll see "Decision Made" on ECAS

Sorry, it was a typo. My Oath Ceremony status is "Not Started". I haven't got any oath date yet.

I am from Montreal. Waiting for oath date. It has been 1 week since DM but haven’t received any update.

A travel document is an actual passport .. no need to send your PR information.

May I ask you at what stage your application is in? Just curious on when do they ask for this information
