If you are one of the locations where applicants are actively getting test/interviews then you would be lucky to get the test soon.
Rest of the locations, its like a gamble, no one knows when.

I think Ontario is the worst especially Toronto.

I live in Calgary but when I got my fingerprints done in December they were to be sent to Vancouver.. So would I be right to assume Vancouver is processing my application? And if so has anyone on this forum received a test invite whose office is Vancouver?

If you check statistics, CIC focuses on 2019 applications (Oath Invitation), So no matter when you write your test or what changes you see on your application status. The end of process means oath invitation and for the first quarter of 2020 applicants, it takes more than 6 to 7 months to be invited to oath ceremony. We all have lots of hope to receive it ASAP but we analyze based on numbers and real data.

I hope they follow the sequence at least for oath but i cant trust them.
As the test/DM for 2020 cases happened only in the last few weeks(in most cases), i would wait and watch for the next few months to confirm if they actually not issue oath invite for them or finish 2019 test invites.
THey rarely followed sequence. if so then they shouldnt have issued any DM for 2020 while 2019 is waiting for test itself.
