I already tried that I always get this "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:"

I saw some posts saying "eCAS" where can I check that?

App sent: Feb 20th, 2020
App Received Feb 21, 2020
AOR Received OCT 13th, 2020
Applicant: Single
Days: 1350
Location: Toronto

I have done that many times with all correct information, still same message always.

I am 8th June applicant with a family of 5 and received AOR yesterday 13 Oct. Thats roughly 4 months.

The bizarre thing is that people from February single applicants are still waiting for AOR.

Its totally random IRCC system in place.

Yes some agents are slower than others.

Are you sure you are entering the correctly: Last name and uci and birth date(which is month first)?
