The email is something that has been sent before I think, to people with applications still in process. It is just an automated thing, I don't think it is a glitch per se. Now, a ghost update could be a glitch, since many people have been unable to log into their account.
I just got 'You application status has changes' email. I can't not see what it is since I can't login.

@legalfalcon & Others who may help: My spouse is listed as non accompanying and on 18th we had a baby in INDIA. I informed the same through webform and asked them the required documents but still have not heard anything back? Should I send another webform as it has been over 11 days or just wait ?

Hi. Best to wait. They will be in receipt of your query and it's taking them longer to respond these days. Another web form will not help, another few days/a week and you should hopefully hear back.

This email has been sent randomly, I suppose. Even those with expired profiles and those who have received COPR's have also got it. Not sure what they are upto.

I asked my couple of friends who added his spouse in current application but they are still in process since last one year.
I just want to know that my application is 4 months old as a single applicant. So is it good to add her right now or best to apply for spousal sponsorship??
Got 2 emails as well yesterday: Still working and application is updated.
Saw an update on my PR but nothing change in the application.
Seems like a bug or somebody pressed something on their end.
Damn, I gave biometrics in late Oct. Got BOWP on next day and PR is still in process.
