Thank you both for your responses! Yes, I’ve signed that form and my lawyer said they sent in a webform but did not get a response (this was back in June). I’ve been asking them to give IRCC a call but they just keep saying that things are just delayedue to covid. However, it’d be really great to get some confirmation that things are going smoothly. So,
I’m a bit frustrated and wanted to see if I could give IRCC a call myself without any issues.
You are welcome, something is not right if your lawyer is saying he/she never received a response to the web form from June. Web form responses only take a few days despite COVID-19. Since you are in-land give IRCC a call and see for yourself what's going on. Did you also request your GCMS file?
Hi i raised a web form last Wednesday night and according to the 5 day policy i should have received a response by yesterday that is September 16. I still have not heard back from ircc. I raised a few webforms earlier and got response within 5 working days. Is there something to be concerned about ?

You don't need to worry. The AOR Feb 10 case is from Saskatchewan and that's why that person got the call already. It depends on the number of applicants in your region.

Yeah that’s what I think. I feel like they never sent one in in the first place. I’ll try to give IRCC a call later today or tomorrow. I haven’t ordered GCMS notes.
The reason I haven’t called or done anything myself is because I’m unsure whether IRCC will give me the information since I’ve given authority to my lawyer to ask on my behalf. However, from my understanding of GCMS notes, it seems like I should be okay to order that on my own with no problems.

Yes you can request the GCMS on your own and as an inland applicant there is no cost to obtain one; in fact when appropriate you can request the information from CBSA and/or CSIS as well. Also, one can send an email to CPC Ottawa at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, it usually is faster than a web form. All the best.
Hello guys! This is so weird, I only posted on here about 2 days ago about how nervous I was. Today I got the golden email!
Another weird thing, I got it on the same day I got a generic response back for my very detailed Webform query. Maybe that had something to do with it? I don't know.

Be patient Hopefully things are speeding up and you'll all get the golden email soon.

You should. Around this time of the year, with fall in take at universities, IRCC usually gets inundated with GCMS requests leading to an uptick in processing times.
