My eligibility got a Recommend Pass, criminality verification is currently valid, and security verification has not been initiated.
Webform replies do not depict the exact state of my application. Especially one that said the eligibility verifications were in process when the GCMS notes I received a few days after stated a recommended pass.
Since when was your eligibility passed? I'm under the impression that when eligiblity is passed it means that an officer has reviewed your profile and that security starts right then and there. Eligibilty met is when an assistant has reviewed your profile and it is waiting for the officer's review to start security.

I haven’t got a new number as mentioned above. I submitted my request on Jul 20. Does it mean my request hasn’t been registered yet? Should I resend a request or just wait?

Your application is currently being processed at the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Ottawa, Ontario.
Your eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied are passed.
The background verifications (security and criminality) have not started yet.
The medical examination results on file are valid

I phoned the Client support center today. The guy confirmed that my Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Ottawa, Ontario. My all 4 aspects are pass and asked to wait for the further instruction. My biometric was done on March 13 and AOR was 27th FEB. Not sure what is causing the delay if everything is complete on their end.
