I don’t think they call or contact with the employer before eligibility pass.

I advise you call them and specifically ask for the status of eligibility. Is it passed, recommended passed or is there a review required?

I did call them yesterday. The agent too had no idea of why my eligibility was not showing. I had raised a webform in April informing IRCC about the change in my employment status(even as it does not have any change in my application). She said, maybe that could be the reason that there could be additional checking for the same.

I just hope I get the approval on time. Its been nerve wracking.
