I didn't pay my RPRF at the very beginning. I got a request letter on March 13, which happens to be the date that my Eligibility was changed to "Recommend passed" according to my GCMS note.

Ghost updates do not come via email, when you log in to your cic account you application would change from submitted to 'your application has changes/updated'. Not everyone receives ghost updates

Like what I've said last time .. I am on the same boat too. I called CIC with regards to the 90days extension if its not enough until we can do the biometrics due COVID closures. The agent said raise a web form and let them know that you will do the biometrics as soon as the offices opens. So for now we will have to wait and see. Hoping for the best!

The web query and it’s as follows;


We verified the information on file and can confirm that:

• The background verifications have not been initiated.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The criminal background verification is currently valid.
• Your application is currently being processed at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

I asked about eligibility, criminality and security but it’s silent on eligibility. Anyone may know a reason or the agent just didn’t answer that part?
Also wat are the security background verification and the background verifications. I am EE PNP Outland.
I also hear NovaScotia is processing applications slowly.
