Do 'met' and 'valid' both mean passed?

Last Thursday, IRCC asked me for an additional document. They said they have started processing my application and I that I had gaps in my timeline. They needed to know what I had been doing from Feb 25 to April 19. They gave me one week to provide the required document. Am I going to get a decision on my PR soon?

They needed to know what I had been doing from Feb 25 to April 19. They gave me one week to provide the required document. Am I going to get a decision on my PR soon?

What additional document they ask? For me also they ask ADR on last friday
