@legalfalcon : Please help me with a question - My wife and I have Canada Visa and also PR application in progress . Now we had a baby born in INDIA . We are applying visa for the baby as the primary applicant. We are not using any representative however as we are applying on behalf of the child should we fill use of representative form (IMM 5476)? or should we mention " NO " For this question "Are you giving someone access to your application"

You do not have to file the "Use of representative form." Since you are applying for a minor who is under 16 it is deemed that only with the consent of both parents the information is released.

You can use Release of Information to an Individual form https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5475e.pdf

And provide both you and your spouse as the designated individual.
