The last ghost update was on September 15, 2020. That's when my Background check changed from "In progress" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.".

In my case it took 4 months. Ordered October 5th, received January 18th. Not sure about now, but I would not expect the, in 30 days.

According to MyImmiTracker only ~11% of February FSW-Outland applications received PPR. I am aware that only a sample of all applications are listed and up to date there, but I believe that it could be close to the real percentage.
