Its at around 1/3 point.
Try to find "FINALIZE APPLICATION" and Document issuance will be under that. Next section is CORRESPONDENCE.

It says in copr and counterfoil section "not started"
But it does show something that looks like a counterfoil with number and validity date that of course is my date of medical and CoPr as well, i am an outland applicant.
AOR 10th feb 20.

I have been reading about ghost updates here. Do you receive an email when there is a ghost update? Or do you check the profile?
I have been checking it, but it looks the same always. I am not sure where to look.
