Alright , I am in Canada and I don’t see any Centers opened for Biometric ? Is there any opened in Canada as per CIC Website the Biometrics has been cancelled since March 20th

Not too sure of how things are working right now . But I read some posts about ppl getting calls from service canada for biometrics. Maybe this can be better answered by inland applicants

When calling IRCC, the automated message is now saying they are calling inland PR applicants to arrange biometrics appointments. This was found on Friday, but I am yet to see anyone announce they have received a call.

I just checked up my profile and saw “ profile updated” and then it went back to “submitted”

this is the second time i got this quick change on my profile..! Any idea? The first time was two months ago..

hopefully the officer just got in and trying to finalize my application not the agent taking a look at it only

Fyi, i have passed everything except for criminal check as my special Pcc case (unobtainable pcc cert) I hope this ghost update means the officer has cleared this case out and got everything verified and soon PPR please!

This “ghost update” can be meant only positive news? Like PR approved Or it might be asking for additional documents (fyi. I have already passed 100%）Can ghost update also mean something negative like upcoming rejection?

When you guys talk about ghost update and application goes from "profile updated" to "submitted" what do you mean exactly by that? How does it happen? Let's say there is movement with my file today and I don't sign in until next week, will I still see "profile updated" or will I have missed it?

I think you will miss that.. I do not login and check my profile quite often so I haven't seen any GU on my profile.. But my webform response says everything currently valid which I assume means passed!!
