Correct & thanks for mentioning it. The most interesting part of the GCMS file is in the "notes" towards the last few pages of the file.

Yes, I'm in India. Raise a web form to know the status of your eligibility, background, criminality and security. Good to hear you are also heading for the same state (Sask) as mine.

I have same status as u. My criminality check was valid before and now its not initiated. How is that possible?

Could be the difference between valid= not verified yet vs verification of PCC=passed . My guess.

I am getting anxious and depressed with all the delays. Anyone has any idea when will our apps processed?

My application shows 79% complete - but is still stuck at Background check.

have you raised a webform? You won’t see much movement on the portal. Best way is to raise webform or order gcms notes

It takes between 2-5 days to get a response back from IRCC , web form link https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
GCMS notes take about 30 days.
Some people have used the TextNow app to get a Canadian phone number and contacted the call center to speak with an agent.
These are options to contact IRCC to get an update on the file.

TextNow is available at these countries https://supportfree.textnow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038236151-Is-TextNow-Available-In-My-Country-
It's a free option to get a Canadian number, if you do a Google search there may be other free and paid options. e.g. https://sonetel.com/

I used Fongo world. But it’s not free...

Hi Jibihi, the PR application fee for adult is $225, but for child is only $150, so you should follow the instruction on ADR

Raise a webform last week and got the reply today:

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your file is still in process and it is currently located at the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa, Ontario.

· The application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
· The eligibility review is complete.
· The security background verifications are valid.
· The criminal background verifications are valid.
· The medical examination results on file are valid.

My Cic personal page hasn't updates yet.

I think it is all passed and I can just wait for the PPR? ?
