I was planning on actually going to their office physically so they can take us more seriously. Planning to go on Tuesday if we dont hear anything on Monday.

I emailed them, and they told me I had to come in person to fill out an authorization form so they can inquire on the application. It's pretty common I guess so they knew the process already.
