Pre arrival. Yes, pre arrival on August 12 together with biometrics request and request for new pcc. I wish it was days or few weeks... but... London visa office, probably months

Maybe they check it in Sydney. How many lines on your ecas?

(PPR) passport request and PR are 2 different things

the first one allows to come here as visitor (soft landing) to GET the PR (when you get the letter..)

the PR itself is the letter allowing you to send the form to the government and getting your permanent resident card in land.

Well pre-arrival i think is after the security and all is done.

So you are close to get the right to fly in here and establish

I am not sure. But they requested biometrics, pcc only in August, and my background changed to that they started processing my background check only after that. So probably in my case background check is after pre arrival

Special.. usually it starts way before.

Biometric is in the 1st phase...but anyway after seeing a lot of cases, there's not much of order in their work... usual cases have a trend but ... it can be done in a lot of order.

If it’s only 3 lines there, 1- they received on your application on ...., 2- we sent u medical instructions..., 3 - medical results have been received. Your case wasn’t moved yet most probably... you will get an email about it and also on your ecas another line will be added: we start processing your application on...

I received email about transfer and also in a few acres update on ecas. Some people don’t get an email...
