I don't think so, just gotta be patient, AOR's usually come after 2 months.

physical presence : More than required amt of days( system showed, I am eligible to apply.. do not remember now)
Application received : sent via normal post, so not sure what date it got received, but it should

From reading over these threads i see people complaining about slow "local offices". So if im understanding correctly i sent my application to Sydney NS and after they receive it, look over it and if they decide its complete and can be processed will it be sent back to BC (where i originally applied from)?

Yes. It will be the agents from your local office who contact you for the test and the interview, and then make the decision on your application.
