I just called up IRCC and got to talk to an agent in approx 25 mins of waiting time...

FSW - Outland (India) with one dependent (spouse)

Current Status
AOR - 27th Feb 2019 --- Medicals Passed (12th Apr) and Bio-metrics Completed (16th Apr)

Processing Office - Ottawa
Criminality - Passed
Background - In-progress
Eligibility - Not Started

I asked when should I expect the next update and she was not aware of this.
As per the agent, everything seems fine.

Just eagerly waiting for the golden email!

Similar timeline, 18Feb AOR. Im at background check as well at Ottawa office. The agent who helped me gave me a similar reply as well
