AOR 1 Feb
Ppr 23 May
Application approved 11 June
Paris VO
Just got a reply to a web form submitted last week.
File is at CPC Ottawa, eligibility not started, background is ongoing. They didn't say anything about criminality. Time left is 60 days.
Any thoughts guys?
My criminality is passed, eligibility and security is in process. rest is same as you.
AOR feb 10 2019
PPR may 28th
Application approved june 10th
This is superrrr. My AOR is 11th Feb. you have given me hope.
Congrats. What is your VO?
Criminality is passed in any case. If a person is having more than 1 PCC generally it is noticed that the criminality is passed after eligibility.
This is with my experience and talking and analyzing the GCMS notes of the applicant. Rest anything can happen.
I have 3 PCC's, when I called them around 4 months time, the agent said my criminality is passed but eligibility and security not started.

I have a similar experience. With 3 PCC's (each for my spouse and me) our GCMS notes dated 24th April (my AoR was 7th Feb) show that criminality was passed but eligibility and security had not started .
Does request to pay RPRF mean eligibility is passed?
Out of curiosity, is there anyone else here who has Singapore as their Primary Visa Office?
I just received GCMS notes today.

Hi there,
I would recommend you to go with the first option even costly, but it will save your status and work. it might be hard decision but i am almost in your shoes my AOR is in 17th Feb. One more thing, is your eligibility pass or recommended pass? as i called the IRCC and the agent clearly told me that eligibility will be recommended pass for everyone has showed eligible, and only in the last stage before the PPR the senior officer will approve it and become Pass!!
I am thinking to shift to Ontario leaving my job in August and then apply for BOWP from there. You are correct my Eligibility is review passed, Criminality done, Security not started. AOR: 23rd Feb. VO: Edmonton. However I would like to get some advice from
@legalfalcon . Anyone knows how to contact him?
The CIC agent informed I might be eligible for LMIA exempt work permit , but I did not find such information online other than BOWP. Anyone has any idea?
