Review of medical results = You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents = We do not need additional documents.
Interview = You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics = We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check = We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision = Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.


BIL only for spouse - its in system updated
criminality is under way

Need help folks:
I submitted bank certificate for proof of funds: I have shown my FD's as Pof. We are a couple and I have shown around 22k Cad. The problem is 2 of the FD's matured today and now I have that money in my savings account (this account was also shown in the certificate)
I was thinking should I keep this money in my savings account or can I create a new FD and inform CIC.
Even if I don't consider these 2 FD's, amount is more than 16k CAD. Don't want cic to think that I misrepresented information.
Please suggest

How to people get to know about the visa office processing their application?
I emailed to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with all my credentials 9 days ago, but did not hear from them.
Please anyone enlighten.

Please call the CIC helpline. The wait time is about 20-40 minutes, choose the option to speak to an officer, and have your application number ready.

What's the number for calling IRCC from India? I tried this number 8882422100 and it does not connect.

Try +1 613 944 4000, I was able to reach them on Monday.

Does anyone know if your nationality makes a difference in the processing time?

I'm not sure about this. But looking at applicants in Canada, they get their applications processed much faster being any national according to Immitracker.

Update: I received my PPR request this morning at 4am PST. I noticed there was a ghost update to my account yesterday around 5pm PST as well.
