I know only one case personally where they said they are reviewing medical results. For them it changed to passed within a week. Let's hope for the best
Thanks for the kind words.
Am just surprised because all those i have seen with reviewing your medical result status don'thet BIL till it's passed. But i got.
what’s BIL? Tried to search online and it seems reffering about biometrics?

Biometrics instruction letter. Basically asking you to proceed to a VAC and have your biometrics captured. It comes agter you have passed your medical..

On rare occasions BIL can come before MEP. It is not unheard of.

Ohh wow. Never knew. Thanks for clarifying.
Hey... what does it mean if you receive BIL before MEP? I received my BIL yesterday although I still haven't got MEP yet.

Same thing happened to me. Glad to see It's not uncommon.
Hi Guys ,
I got my medical cleared and also requested for Biometric on 5 April ‘2019 and today 6 April ‘2019 , I received another email saying “your application has been updated” and i checked my cic account and didn’t see any of the updates there . Is this the ghost updates ? I also heard something IP1 IP2 , on which stage is this??
Thanks in Advance!
Hey guys . 5 days since I submitted my biometrics but no update yet. Anyone with similar case ?
Hi everyone!
AOR - 3rd Feb 2019. No update on MEP so far. Anybody else on the same boat?
Logged in this morning and saw an update. But nothing really changed. All my statusare still the same.
Guess it's the ghost update.
Anyone know what it means? Especially since my medical status still reads" we are reviewing the resultsof your medicalexam" although i have received BIL.
Sure thing . In Which city you gave your biometrics?
Hyderabad
Thanks a lot for your quick response.
Its just that i am worried about the wording of the sentence and i am glad that you understood it correctly.
Secondly, i sat with my manager and he knows about everything even the HR manager knows too. Its just that my duties are very close to my noc and even the industry that i work in is mentioned in the noc (construction) so the noc was perfect fit for me (thank God) so given all that, that made me worry that they might misunderstand it or something.
Hope i was clear and sorry if i messed up on some english
Whats your insight on that?
I don't see why you would want to muddy the waters further at this point. If the letter is acceptable, they will probably not even bother with your explanation. If they do need to clarify something, they should reach out to you. In the meantime, I think you should just relax!
It does seem that the MEPs are slowing down - one theory was that student visas take precedence for a couple of months. Congrats though, one step closer!
I agree with you on the delayed due to student visa. There are a lot of students applying for May and September intake.
May is a smaller intake compared to September. It is early April, let's hope CIC has it straightened out.

Thank you, makes sense
