Yes i did.. they said there is no specific date for biometric.. so u will receive it wheneber os required.. i asked her that i am anxious about my application as most of my fellows received it.. she said the file is going fine and no issues identified yet

AOR - Feb 13 FSW
No updates since AOR
I called the cic and they said it's in process and not to worry because it's a 6 months process.
And they also said every agent works differently

Even my AOR is 13th feb...no MEP and BIL yet...however around 30 hrs back my UCI number got changed and the progress bar got back...wat could be the reason?? Just 4 hrs back I got an email that my account got updated however no visible change in the account online...still waiting for MEP and BIL

from outside of Canada: 1 613 944 4000

Just your application number application number and some other basic info like date of birth and country of residence

Guys.. as per immitracker Jan 26 AOR are getting PPR as of today.. so all the best to Feb first week AORs.. you should start receiving PPR in next week or so.. or atleast I hope so..

As per immitracker I see a lot of PPR s in October 2018 AOR and a few in November and December as well. Unless u r very lucky I am thinking it will take minimum 2-3 months to get PPR. Fingers crossed

Ok so my friends advised me to call at 345 dubai time 445 pk time.. i dont knoe what time it would be in india.. call got connected in 13-15 min.. so i guess that was the best time..

Also below is the step by step process if that helps:
Calling CIC - steps*

1- *CIC call centre*
+16139444000

2- English *press 1*

3- immigration *press 1*

4- transfer to citzship and imm can processing application *press 1*

5- status or processing times *press 1*

6- become permanent resident *press 2*

7- application starts with E *press 2*

8- then enter *application number* followed by #

9- listen to the entered number and *press 1* to confirm

10- enter the *year of birth* and then listen the entered number and *press 1* to confirm

11- hear the details

12- then *press 1* to check status (there will be a pause)

13- hear detailed status at the end *press 0* to speak to agent.
