The Biometrics system is temporarily out of service, so they can not collect biometrics from clients. Does this affect the treatment process?

Mine is AOR 27 Feb too.....We may get updates after 2 weeks from today

Mine is AOR 13th Feb and so far no MEP update yet.

What does that mean? I had given my biometrics today. Not sure what you mean to say by system temporarily out of service.
