Hello all, my application was refused today on the grounds of NOC code not matching the job duties. Is there a way to appeal this decision? I have gained more experience since the submission of application in the NOC I listed on my application.

Here is summary:

Aor- Feb 9
CRS 449
NOC 2141
Med -Mar 26
ADR- Sep 13- paystubs/tax returns
Refusal letter- Oct 11

Didn’t expect them to reject my application for NOC mismatch after 8 months.

what are my options?

Sorry to hear this. I know it hurts. Although unrelated, just checking if the refusal letter states that you are welcome to apply again?

Hello lovely patient people,

I just called CIC to know the status of my application.

Agent wasnt of much help!

Said the file is not under review but in que for review by an officer however the decision might take upto 15th Feb, 2020 and also as I have requested for a fresh GCMS notes on 1st October, 2019 so it might get out of the que as they will print the notes first and then it will again go back in que which will further delay the decision!

Not sure how right was she or was she just scaring me so that we dont call often and order notes!

Now only God can take care of this!

I wish speedy PPR for everyone!

I read about a few people who successfully got extensions (I believe through web requests). Not sure if they will require another medical exam. One piece of advice though - when you raise a request, you should raise it straight to the visa office that did your COPR/visa. When I found issues in my kids' visas and COPRs I wasted weeks because I raised a general web form - and the answer finally came they would transfer the information to my local visa office (Singapore) and then it took many days to get a response. What type of error did they make in the COPR and visa for your child? They mixed up the pictures for my girls and just got a response I need to courier our

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Please see if you can hire a good lawyer and appeal if you are confident about your case.

I am sure you will be out of this situation soon and get your PR coz God is watching what we have gone through for this 8 months.

May be my talks wont make sense as ofcourse you are at the receiving end but I just want to say “THERE IS A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL”!

To be honest I am sure I will get the PPR before end of November at the worst.

Dont worry they are just scaring us.

I've received my Golden email today.
Fsw outland- India
Aor: 8th Feb
Adr: 10th Oct for background declaration form
Golden email: 11th Oct

Note: Ordered Gcms in the month of July. I received in the month of sept stating nothing started. Mid August I emailed Hon MP Mr. Ralph Goodale and came to know that eligibility was in progress. webforms which I raised had given me generic info.

I pray and hope everyone gets the good news very soon. All the best

She offered to send a reminder.
Remedicals will happen soon as my medicals expire in a short while. She asked us not to do the medicals until they prompt us.
Everything is fine with our application, only waiting for the officer to pick it up she reiterated.

If an ADR comes for pay slips and tax documents ,can I submit bank statements and pay slips ?

I have submitted payslips of December and January for each year while submitting my file .
