Nops. They all process at same time but from immitracker we can make out that FSW applications get faster updates then CEC.

Generally yes. Every case differs. EDIT: Generally No, PNP however are processed faster from what I can see, sorry I mixed them up

Hi. It might take a couple of weeks for you to get a medicals update. Keep checking the Immi tracker . You will get an idea of approx time. Right now 5th feb AOR guys are getting updates.

I would again like to point you to the excellent suggestion by user lk231188, You can explore the IMMI tracker tool by using filters on country/Stream etc and get an estimate of times required for various stages of the PR process. I haven't received MEP yet and my AOR is Feb 4, I applied with my spouse as secondary dependent though, perhaps that's why it's taking longer..

my application also has my spouse as dependent. I think you should get it in a day or so.

I got my MEP on 18th and now my background status says 'We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.'
My Tracker in the profile says 5 months of wait.
Now what could be the steps or processes in the profile?

I didn't get any Biometrics appointment request though (says I do not need it). Does anyone know if usually this Biometric update comes at the same part of the MEP update? If so I guess I won't need it.

Just received an update regarding Medical Pass and Biometric Appointment Letter for my Spouse. Being an Inland Applicant Biometric might not be required for me as off now. It may change if being suggested at later point of time.

Congrats! I got BIL around 4 hours after MEP. And my application status used to say I didn’t need biometrics till I got the request. So you might get it later today or tomorrow. IRCC has a page where you can see if you’ll be required to give biometrics, so you can check there.

Thanks will monitor my application in the next day or so to see if anything changes around biometrics. The IRCC page says I would need to provide biometrics, but I'm wondering if I may not have to since I have a Nexus card, so perhaps they already have them through that.
This has been asked previously I know, but what's the series of next expected updates after MEP?
