i am applying from with CANADA so i have to use the 1888 number i have been trying since 10 am and they wont even give me an option to sit on hold

Below is my timeline

e-AOR: 1st Feb 2019
MEP: March 17, 2019
ADR: March 17,2019
Category: CEC Inland

No updates after that. I called CIC three times and always been told that my Criminality is in Progress and Eligibility and Security are not yet started. 21 days to go as per the SLA.

Today when I called I was informed that my application is being processed at Montreal VO. Earlier 2 times it was Edmonton VO.
Any idea why the file was transferred to Montreal VO. I asked IRCC agent about this he said he wouldnt know why was it transferred.
Keeping fingers crossed but this wait is agonising.

Just a little help.. I noticed many people are having trouble contacting IRCC...this is what I do.
Download Vyke app on phone.. purchase a local Canadian number... Get some $2-3 credit.. and enjoy.. even you can avail call back feature from staff rather waiting in queue.. internet speed should be good

So I have received my GCMS notes which mention Review required for Proof of FUnds for Citibank credit card. I had declared 20000 CAD and the credit card bill was only INR 100000 which I did not disclose since I always pay them on monthly basis.

What shall I do now; should I upload new bank statements which show no liability? Please suggest

Hi Sandy,

Looks like we both are in the same boat.

Even I called CIC for an update and they told me my file has now moved from Calgary office to Montreal office this week.

Even I am trying to understand why my file has moved to a different office but no update or progress.

I would appreciate if you could keep me posted about your progress on file as we both are of AOR 1st Feb + CEC Inland + Montreal Office!
