should i be worried still no PPR... and no updates to account since early April.

what i have learnt from all forums and thread across multiple sites is that if your documentation is correct without any ambiguity then the processing will be much faster and you don't have to worry about pr.
I know i've been there but its just a matter of time. Hope you and others get the good news soon.

Assume your AOR was on Feb 17th? are you CEC? whats your application status at the moment?

Yes - AOR was Feb 17
I think I was PNP i was eligibile for PNP and CEC but i was given an official nomination

Congratulations even i was asked the same 5406 but not schedule A, which means they need only this form to finalise your case. you should get pr in 1 week hopefully.

I have exactly the same timeline as you and still waiting.. have you called ircc or ordered gcms notes?

I have 48 days on my tracker & the current status is - Background check: "we are processing your background check. we will send you a message if we need more information" and Final decision: "your application is in progress. we will send you a message once the final decision is made"
Hope I receive my PR well within the estimated 48 day timeline

37 days left, I have called for news about my application and an agent told me that eligibility is met, criminality is passed and security not started. She asked me to hold on and after 5 mn she came back and said they will send an mail to the officer to see why my file does not move.

I got my e-APR on Feb 5th and then ordered GCMS notes at May end. Got the notes but not able to figure out what exactly is happening right now. I'm including 2 screenshots here to understand what this all means.
