Well my case was kinda extreme so it made sense for my MP to help me with that.

But I have NOT recevied any email?

What should I do? please help

It will be via your regular post! Please give it 2-3 weeks for it to arrive!
Usually, it must be a FP or additional document request!

Contacting the call centre is easier provided that you don't mind waiting (in queue) for up to 30minutes

Same happened when I applied PR
every one got PR but I was waiting

Same story happening citizenship application, every one getting Ip not me

I think this is kind of luck and I accepted
