Before the AOR if the application is incomplete. In some cases if you feel your application has an error and you receive AOR you can send an email through webforms to correct it.

yes i had some missing information in from q11
i send web-form to correct and i got this reply from ircc
do you think i did correct thing

As far as I know, its usually before AoR

Hello freinds , in my Aor letter they put my father name as my last name which is different than all my legal documents like DL,PR and health cards. Is this big deal or just typing mistake? Because they have all my documents with correct name . Any help please

You can update your information by using a Web-form.
Here's the link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Click on 'Tell Us More' >> Select No (Since it is a Citizenship application) >> Click on 'Go to Webform' >> Fill the form according to your situation.
