February 2018 - Citizenship Applicant

Hi folks,
Just got our AOR---Please update my status on Google Sheet
Initially, we sent the application on 6 the Feb and it got returned due to incomplete forms. Re-sent it again and today we got our AOR.
I tried to access the ECAS but is showing me that "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"
Any idea why I am getting this message?
I used the UCI I found on the top of the letter

You will be able to see Application Received in 24 to 48 hours. This is standard procedure. Just wait until then.

I sent my application for citizenship since January 29, 2017 and today I received it back
For my daughter-in-law 2 information on the form are missing
Could I fill the missing information and send back the request or should I print a new request

J’ai envoyé ma demande de citoyenneté depuis le 29 janvier 2017 et aujourd’hui je l’ai reçu en retour
Pour ma belle-fille il manque 2 informations sur le formulaire
Pourrais je remplir les infos manquantes au stylo et renvoyer la demande ou dois je imprimer la demande à nouveau à l’ordinateur
Merci beaucoup par avance

Bjr il faut juste remplir les info sur la page concernée et l' imprimer. Ensuite tu la remets dans ton dossier et tu postes

2-Case processing centre-Sydney GRANTS Adults 49 Dorchester Street Sydney, NS, B1P5Z2.

Hi there,

The PO Box address is for regular mail and the 49 Dorchester address is for courier mail.

I sent my application to 49 Dorchester via Canada Post Express Post and added the "Signature Required," option. Application was delivered in 3 business days and the receiver signed for the delivery.

Thanks for the reply. I sent mine to the PO Box, do you think this could have an impact on the time it takes to get the AOR?

Address 2 is for courier delivery- Fedex, UPS, Purolator etc. If you use regular mail use Address 1. I sent by express service of Purolator from Ontario and they delivered it the next day! When I enquired with Fedex they had told they take one more day.

If not then I need to figure out why my updates did not save.
