February 2018 CEC Applicants

Congratz man. What’s ur timeline and category. So you didn’t see any updates on the CIC online and just got ppr email that’s it?

(Living in canada almost 2 yrs)
24 JAN- ITA
13 FEB- Submitted everything & paid full
23 FEB- Medicals passed update

For months absolutely NOTHING - no change, no contact, no email, no document request

27 Apr 7.22pm - ready for visa email that i only got on 28th in the evening

Checked cic account after email &..... everything still same no changes or updates its weird!!! Shocked, ki da dont believe it out of nowhere still cant take it in. GOOD LUCK everyone

I’m confused if I should get the medical done or not. My last medical was done during June 2015 when applying for work permit which may not be valid anymore. Now after submitting my application, it says you do not need a medical. Is there anyone with same status after submitting the application and later received a medical request?
I provide UCI in my application, is there a possibility that they take reference from previous work permit application for medical requirements?
Please advise.

I applied using a Law Firm which means I can't see my account updates.

AOR - 9 Feb.
On 9 March I was asked to pay the RPRF by 14 March..
Paid RPRF on 13 March
Nothing since then.

Australia / Out of country application after completing 2 years on the IEC Visa.

You should call IRCC at least.
My AoR 04.03 IP2 04.11, MEP 04.17 I called them 04.22 they told me My Eligibility is recommended pass and they are doing final bgcs

Thank your for your recommendation. I called CIC last week and they said my eligibility is recommended pass and they are doing my background check. Not sure, When they finish with this Background check.

Landing Experience at Fort Erie (CEC inland)
We landed on April 25th at Fort Erie at 5 pm. Everything went smooth. Just took around 30 min. Drove in our own vehicles. Now waiting for the pr card.
Officer asked just normal questions and then signed the papers.

Good luck for everyone waiting for ppr!

Ip1 -feb 21

Ip2 -12 Apr

Ppr - 13 April 1

Sent passprt-17 April

Received -18 April

Approved -19 April

passport returned - 23rd April

landed -25th April (Fort Erie)

so even your application doesn't showed that its got updated? which means if you miss the email there is very less chance to find out if your application is approved
