I saw someone from January 31st just get their test invite, so it's looking like 4 months after IP might be a good gauge of timeline now with the backlog. Triple the fee, triple the wait!

Really its frustrating, hopefully I can here something from them this month.
But I read somewhere in one of the threads that St. Clair office is responsible to send the invitation letters to GTA/Ontario applicants, I do not know if this is true.

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on February 20, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on March 6, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on March 9, 2017.
4. We sent you a notice on June 13, 2017 to appear and write the citizenship test on July 27, 2017 at 10:00 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

And finally yesterday we got the 5th line on ECAS - invitation to take the oath :

5. We sent you a notice on June 7, 2017 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on July 5, 2017 at 8:30 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
