I got email only, I think CIC stopped sending paper copy.

You won't receive the book if you provided your email in your application. That is why you received your AO via email. In this email there is a link where you can download the electronic version of Discover Canada. Just checked my ECAS and it says they mailed us a letter on March 3rd for the Citizenship test notice on March 22nd.
