Yep, I used Canada Post (XpressPost) and regret miserable.
They took 10 days (or more) to update the track system in the site.
I was freaking out!

Yes you are true Courier is the best way to send.paying little more do not Hurt for a Good and Fast Service I used FedEx and they delivered next day in the Morning with Signature.

Same here. I sent a letter to CIC via Canada Post Expresspost in regards to an error that my spouse made to one of the forms. I had to call Canada Post 5 times as the tracking system says "in transit" and it has been 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, they sent me an email that it was delivered on April 10, 2 days after I sent the letter.

I found out online today that our status finally changed to "decision made" and a letter was sent on April 20, 2015. It took exactly 61 days...lol!

Congratulations! I am So jealous...we are the same timeline - app 19/02, AOR 10/04 - but still no SA for us!

when i saw online that a decision was made, that same day I recieved an email around lunch time that you are approved and your application is sent to London.

Thanks Sohaib. but sometimes they send it by mail. so in that circumstances how many days does it take? normally it wasn't supposed to take more than a week right?

If your AOR is coming by mail, it can take up to 2 weeks for you to get the paper.

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

We received AOR on my husbands application on April 7 but when I got the letter with the AOR we noticed that they made a mistake with my husbands name. My dad who lives in Canada and who is supposed to be our representative called to correct the error in my husbands name and he was told that they lost the Use of Representative form and to send a copy of my husbands passport (again). We sent those forms last week. Today we received SA and guess what: my husbands name is still wrong. The application has been sent to the Cairo visa office so should I call them or should my dad call the CPC to figure the whole thing out.
I have no idea how they made the mistake they made, the whole application has my husbands name written correctly but the correspondence that they've sent me has his mother's name before his name. Such a bizarre mistake.
Anyways if anyone has suggestions about how we can fix this ASAP I would really appreciate it.

Same here. Feb 23. Although we spoke w an agent who said our app is there but hasn't been opened yet. Gave us a file #. 61 days today and nothing! So heartbreaking
