Hey guys,
I've been trying to access Ecas but it's not showing me any update. Do I need to put my details in (i.e. the sponsor) or my husband's in the form? Whenever I put my details in and our UCI, but nothing shows up.

I was able to access Ecas 4 days after we received AOR. Guessing from the forum discussion it might take about a week or so to get into the online system. For us using the application number or UCI along with particulars of the person being sponsored (PA) were working to get access.

We received SA yesterday! The application's been transferred to CPP-Ottawa for stage 2 processing now. Wishing everyone on this forum a speedy process.
CIC received our application on Feb. 18th so that was 58 calendar days or 41 business days between application received and stage 1 approval.

I called again because I was kicking myself for not getting my UCI. I now have my UCI and it started processing April 8th.
If your PA has a UCI, try logging in with their information on the ECAS website and see if you can get more information. If you can see an application received or something similar, you may be able to call the call center and get your UCI.
Don't bug them though if you can't logon to the PA's ECAS yet though or if the PA doesn't have a UCI. No point because they will just tell you to wait most likely (unless it is over the normal processing time).
Hopefully, you'll get it by next week. I got my AOR on April 1, 2015 and SA on April 13, 2015. Just wait till next week. If don't receive it by next week, call CIC to clear your doubts.
