The doctor my husband saw took 2+ weeks to upload results (uuuugh!), but allegedly they were uploaded on Thursday. When might I expect to see "medicals received" on ECAS?
This is so stupid, but after waiting for over a year, these last 2 weeks have felt os much worse knowing that I'm potentially so near the end.
Notes was updated last on Aug 22, 2014 by JBO1774, and it says medical initiated, awaiting results. Under Medical section, it shows Type: Medical, Status: Passed, Updated on: Sep 9, 2014. Does requesting GCMS notes slows down the process? When you expect to receive your new notes?
Hi all, I landed on March 29th and now I am waiting for the PR card but this morning I was wondering if I should apply for PR card or if they will send it to me without having asked for it. Is it an automatic process or I need to apply for it?
Also, I need to travel to USA at the end of May, can I re-enter to Canada with the paper that confirm that I am a permanent resident? (or should I have the PR card?)
My application was recvd. On Feb 13 2014 and its 14 months now. Gcms applied in sept say second review required and no response yet. Any suggestions on what to do other than applying another gcms notes, contact MP,continue my wait!!!!!

My application rcvd on Feb 24 2014, AOR is Mar 17. Also first review was on Sep 04 2014.
No message since then. I'm almost in panic!! Getting nervous!!
But what can we do for faster process, maybe nothing. So let's just don't loose the hope.
What the MP by the way? Is it related to immigration office?

Contact your MRP, you should get some response in a week or so as 13 months completed already.. As of my observation couple of people got medicals after a week of completing 13 months.

1) Please order for 2nd GCMS
2) Visit your Area MP office and ask them to contact CIC and get input on your behalf . Here is link to find your area MP :
