I have this (mailing address and Home address) in ECAS since last July, just right after I updated CIC with my new Home Address (I did it through CSE site).
Guys who see Home address recently, does it mean that CIC is working on out application?
I am feb application, got my RPRF request on 12th Feb. Waiting for PR, i was wondering whether they are working on my application hence we notice this change?
if you could share your current PR status we might be able to get some details.

In my opinion, Home Address is added to the ECAS display data after visa stamping or after landing. See old post:

Unless there is new procedure to display both of mailing and residential address on ECAS!!

Yes my GCMS notes showed "Review required by officer" for a long time... I had sent them updated LOE with my company's address in it after I saw the concern in my Notes. I am assuming the same, may be sending them updated LOE Helped. I got my MR on February 25th.
PS- I am sorry I didn't update you all in this Forum, I had done that in the other "Waiting for MR" page.
LMO,LMIA and BOWP are three different work permits. You only need one of them.
There is no LMO now I think, plus applying LMIA is difficult currently.
You only need BOWP.
You can start applying 4 month before your current work permit expiry.
