PPR had arrived on Jan 16th itself.. finally my lawyer found the email from their server on 9th Feb and now passport sent..

decision made was on 20th Jan.. I am an Feb applicant

Hello Everyone,

I seriously need help. My time lines are as follows:

1) Application Sent Feb 18th
2) AOR received March 12th
2) Medical Received September 12th
3) Medical Submitted September 20th
4) RPRF received October 27th
5) Paid October 28th
6) Out of two employers - one of them got a call from CIC in 2nd week of January for confirmation of employment

It's been almost 3 months since I paid the fees, but haven't received any communication since then. Also the ECAS still shows "Application Received", it hasn't been changed at all.

Should I be worried at all as the process is taking forever?

Please guys, need your inputs.....

Order GCMS notes. Also you may try to send email to CIC and ask for application status update.

Hey everyone, and congrats those who have already recieved their PPR. My Question: Im February 2014 applicant and my time line is:

August: Medicals
September: police certificate request
October: RPRF
November: Status changed to: In process
December: Background declaration request

No news since December and the Status still says "in process"

What that means? Anyone here was asked for Background declaration again? Any suggestions what to do rather than waiting?

What does your GCMS notes says about eligibility? Did VO requested second review?

In the GCMS notes it says "Supporting docs appear sufficient to demonstrate required experience in this NOC code."

The notes were last updated on Aug 29th. Notes do not mention a second review.

Can you tell us what is your NOC category and code? And if you can give us what did they asked to your employer?

They asked about my duties and why my employer needs a carpenter since it is not a construction company.

I did my medical exams in early Jan and paid upfront RPRF at the same time. I am still waiting for PPR.
