I hope not my appl. in the "Garbage".
No... I didn't apply GCMS, cause I think it doesn't make any difference and I thought it takes several weeks.
I expected MR before GCMS result if I applied. But, No MR so far.

Is GCMS for helpful for waiting? It says anything else but 'in processing' or 'on schedule'?

Hey Please order GCMS note , to know what is happening with your application
Otherwise you will keep guess work only

Sorry I couldn't understood what you have just said. It doesn't make any difference to fasten application for sure , But It do let you know where Application stands for sure.

So I checked my status on the ECAS and it shows Decision Made. Could anyone tell me how long it typically takes to hear the next step from the CIC?

Sorry I couldn't understood what you have just said. It doesn't make any difference to fasten application for sure , But It do let you know where Application stands for sure.

I'd better apply GCMS notes instead doing nothing.

CIC is working faster than before nowadays My passport was delivered on November 4 and I received it today with the stamp. So, around 2 weeks. If everything goes smoothly you will probably receive your passport in the 1st week of December Good luck...

Sit back relax , You can't speculate as people here telling you about CIC being faster or slower - Ideally it should take 10-12 business days as per current turn around time . If your passport is delivered successfully , Nothing to worry you will get it back within 2-3 weeks.

Be ready for Landing. ;D

In acknowledgment auto mail response it is mentioned that new ref number will be assigned to my request but yet it's not done.

Thank you for your response. I'm also from a visa excempt country so something should be heard within the next week or so then.

On 30th day you will get the notes and if you don't receive send email to atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca with your temporary request number. To be on safer side also give your UCN & ARN numbers.

Okay. thnks for info. Actually the applicant(my frnd) missed to upload PR holder's proof (who applied for my notes as I am out of canada).

So i was hoping they will update me a number in 4-5 days so accordingly i can provide them with the document of PR Holder...
now do i need to wait for 30 days??

What's going on with this site?? :-[ :'( Every time I open it (since yesterday) it transfers me to a completely different place with a lot of ads on there.
