CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca is the e-mail address that CIC asked me to send receipt for faster processing.

Thanks brother actually I saw in Toby website and their he mentioned both ID so got confused . well you got PPR also ? when you received your RPRF mail?

received RPRF today and fee paid !! Looks like things are moving again at Canada Immigration in Ottawa.

Got RPRF on 28th OCT. Haven't received PPR yet but my status changed to DM yesterday.

Just one question: In the email cic provided 2 address 1 for Canada post and other for courier.... but if I send the passports by Xpresspost then need to send them at the Canada post address right?

When did they start processing your file? I mean 2nd or 3rd line they'll specify a date.

Its mentioned 31st October they started processing my file. but ecas changed to in process on 4th Nov.

That is not mandatory. You can send it to courier address as well.

sent upfront MR scanned copy to CIC on 4th Nov , got confirmation mail from CIC saying my file has been updated about MR ( today on 7th Nov )
Never expected CIC is this much fast ;D ;D ;D ;D
