hello Goku, ali and gurinder veer,

Need your help regarding GCMS notes. I am filling out form online and confused about few questions in it. Please help me out if possible.

1. Select the Category that better describe you? (I guess i should choose member of public)

2. Select the Act under which you are submitting the request?

3. what type of information would like to request?
Notes in electronic file or physical file
4. At the end, it say me to upload any additional document which is optional? but what should i upload here? proof of address?

It would be great if you can help me out with this

3. what type of information would like to request?

4. At the end, it say me to upload any additional document which is optional? but what should i upload here? proof of address?
If you in option you select that you are ordering it for yourself then it wont ask you to submit that documents.

Question will be like "Are you ordering it for yourself?"
Yes/No

It would be great if you can help me out with this

I just checked my application status and it says "Medical results have been received".

I would suggest to call the doctor you had the test with to ask whether he has uploaded the files. That might be his delay.

Thanks for the reply. However the secretary at the Dr's office confirmed that it has already been uploaded and sent and CIC acknowledged receipt.

Anything to worry about?

Anyone who has already passed the medical test not showing your ECAS online status?

Is there anything I should be worried about coz the 60 days delay would soon be over? Do I need to go for a second medical test?

Anyone having done their medical not showing on the online ECAS staus?

I have also done meds on 8th sep. But still I don't see in ec as. I have sent email to cic 2days back. They have not yet responded. Don't have clue abt wat to do

That confirmation may take months. These guys are slow And people on this forum had all those issues before. I would recommend you not to wait and waste your time, but get and mail them what they ask. And Good Luck 8)

And how long ago did the doctor upload the files?? It takes some time for CIC to change the status. Moreover, VOs are different. And not each of them updates information accurately. Hopefully you'll get it soon 8)
