Also, I was reading about ordering GCMS notes, Is it useful in any way or we just get them for our records????

one question folks:
when you say GCMS notes? means Caps notes right? CAPS was old system which was later replaced by GCMS. They are one and same.
which normally take 30 days to show up.

Sometimes it happens that MR email end up in Junk or Spam box and its very rare. I haven't heard any issue like this from past 3 months.

Mine arrived in the spam folder. I had to add the address to my safe sender list.
