If you provided an email in your application, then you'll get it via email. Otherwise, it would be sent to your mailing address.

It varies case to case i.e country of citizenship and previous travel history...
 
Another February applicant got his MR on August 6, 2014, I just saw on trackit. He applied on February 5, 2014 and received AOR on March 7, 2014.
